Asset Creation Plan
You can start investing in this scheme with Rs. 10,000 and thereafter multiples of it when the amount is invested equivalent number of units will be allotted to the investor.e.g. he is issued two units, when he invests Rs. 20,000. Each property will be subdivided in units for Rs 10,000 as per its market price. For example if we have a property at for Rs. 5,00,000, then it will have 50 units. Investor has two options. On completion of period either he can opt for repayment as per 14% p.a. interest applicable or ask for the redemption of the units as per the prevailing market price of units. It is a win-win situation for the investor at any point of time. The market price of the property will be conveyed to investor periodically. Period of the scheme is fixed for three years

Asset Creation Plan
Investor can make investments commensurate with the property rates of plot, flat, row houses and bunglow being developed by GUIV Pvt. Ltd. Investor will get allotment of that property (no compulsion of buying in this flexi scheme). At the end of the three years term period he can opt for interest on the investment @14% p.a. or get the property registered in his name.
